Sports and Wellness (mental health)

Our Organisation prioritizes sports and wellness efforts, including mental health assistance, to improve our workers’ overall well-being.

We provide a variety of sports and leisure activities to promote physical health and stress alleviation. These activities might include team sports, exercise courses, yoga sessions, and outdoor trips.
